Brenton Wright

Picture
On Friday December 15, 2017, Brenton Wright was diagnosed with Lissencephaly. This is a condition that occurs when a baby's brain does not form properly during their development in the womb. Instead of having a "bumpy" brain, Brenton has a smooth brain. There are many different forms of this disease, and depending on how severe and what course of action you decide to take, varying life expectancy ranges. Brenton will always have seizures, but he will be on medicine to help control them. He will have to do physical, speech, and occupational therapies regularly. During the first year of treatment, his family will have to travel to Children’s Hospital in Denver every 2-4 weeks for doctor appointments. Brenton will turns 6 months old on April 7th.

Let's all get together and help Brenton and his family.

I would like to thank everyone who was in attendance at the 13th annual Mikey Ride. Just to let you know what you all helped in doing for Brenton Wright. You came together with 175 bikes, we fed 300 to 400 people. We all came together and at the present time to raise $22,216.00 with some more to come in but the most important thing is that we all are sharing apart of our hearts with Brenton and his family. Thank you all !!!!!!!
